Mengisahkan tentang dua orang yang memiliki kisahnya masing-masing. Melalui penyembuhan yang rumit, kisah menyakitkan yang terjadi pada mereka bertahap mulai menghilang dan keduanya akhirnya saling jatuh cinta. No Whi-Oh (Jung Woo) adalah seorang detektif tindak kejahatan dan kekerasan di kantor Polisi Gangnam. Dia menganggap kalau hidupnya yang selama ini Ia jalankan sudah berjalan baik. Namun sebuah insiden tiba-tiba terjadi dan hal tersebut mengubah kehidupan No Whi-Oh.

Kini Dia dikenal sebagai pemarah dan Dia akan marah pada segala sesuatu. Sosoknya dikenal gila dan tak bisa menahan amarah. Saat No Whi-Oh mencoba kembali ke dirinya yang dulu, Dia justru terlibat dengan Lee Min-Kyung (Oh Yeon-Seo). Sama halnya dengan No Whi-Oh, Lee Min-Kyung dikenal sebagai wanita gila. Dia sosok yang terjebak akan delusi dan kompulsi sendiri (tindakan untuk mengurangi perasaan cemas). Sebelumnya Lee Min-Kyung mempunyai penampilan yang baik dan pekerjaan bagus.

Tetapi semenjak kejadian itu menimpanya, kehidupannya runtuh begitu saja. Dia tak percaya terhadap siapa pun lagi. Khayalannya sering sekali membuat orang lain di sekitarnya marah. Kini Dia terikat dengan No Whi-Oh. Mereka pun menjadi tertarik satu sama lain.
